Our menu at El Borracho tends to be gluten-free by default. In fact, we don’t have a bag of flour anywhere in this joint. Our hand made corn tortillas are 100% corn masa and all of our meats and marinades are 100% gluten-free. Even our deep-fried ice cream is battered with gluten-free corn flakes. The only menu item containing gluten is our mission-style burritos rolled in a flour tortilla.
